      PROJ-26-1112 Beekman-McGuire Residence Historic Landmark, 71 N Laurel Street

      Request for a Historic Landmark designation of a two-story, 1,697 square-foot, single-family residence historically known as the "Beekman-McGuire Residence," on a 4,600 square-foot hillside lot in the Urban General 1 (T4.1) zoning district within the Downtown Specific Plan. Recommendation: adopt a resolution recommending the City Council approve the designation as Landmark No. 124.

      Request to recommend approval of a Historic Landmark Designation for the Don G. Bowker House, a 2,034-square-foot single-family dwelling on a 5,000-square-foot site in the Urban General 1 (T4.1) Zone and the Coastal Zone. Applicant: Cynthia Thompson.
